One room with a single bed is available for 1 female student or working woman in a 4-room flat. There are usually 3 other girls living in the flat, and you would be the 4th. It is very quiet since none of the windows face the street. The flat is located just 10 minutes from the Old Town in the center of Riga. The room is approximately 18 m² and is furnished mostly with IKEA furniture. The flat includes 1 bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and internet. The room is equipped with a bed, a shelf, and has a lock on the door. The entrance to the building is through a secured, closed entrance door, and the staircase is always clean. One room is available now. There are no additional costs; everything is included. No pets and no more than one person per room are allowed.
